The _Warehouse Administrator_ will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager and will work closely with the rest of the Supply Chain, Finance and Admin department, the warehouse Administrator responsibilities include managing the orders for major customers and ensuring timely delivery of our products to our customers.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Using Decom system/WMS and Excel
- Directing driving to appropriate bays
- Ensure operational documents are properly completed: Bill of landing etc.
- Daily lot tracking of all raw material and packaging that is received
- Checking stock levels daily
- Assist with receiving activities, as needed
- Working with customer service to schedule inbound/outbound delivery appointment
- Assist with Inventory cycle count
- Data Entry

**Education**:College Diploma or University Degree in Supply Chain related discipline or relevant work experience

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills so that you gain agreement or acceptance of a plan or activity.
- Team oriented
- Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year
