Mississauga, Canada ITN Logistics Full time

ITN Logistics is in need of Warehouse Administrative Clerk for their Bonded Warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Provides support and back up to Bonded Warehouse Dept. and other Administrative staff.
- Arrive shipments with Canada Customs as per instructions from Air Import Dept.
- Data entry of Piece Count, Offload date, storage date, warehouse location and other details into Cargo-wise, when dock bring in airway bills upon offloading freight and checking into warehouse.
- Print off Tally report for the AWB.
- Update Cargowise with information on dock fee/skids invoices for Ocean containers.
- Print Bills of Lading for loads and prepare them for Carriers to come in.
- Handle the window when Drivers come in to pick up freight or drop off freight.
- Ensure paperwork for drivers with Export freight is accurately printed.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Complete other administrative functions that support the daily requirements of the department.
- Continue nurturing the ITN Logistics Brand as a quality, customer centric, timely service provider that delivers against its value proposition.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**

**Education and Industry Knowledge**:

- 2 year knowledge in Administrative functions in a Bonded Warehouse a must
- Knowledge of Cargo-wise software a must.

**Technical Skills/Qualifications**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Follows agreed company processes and protocols in the Bonded Warehouse, including use of systems and software.
- Ability to communicate in a manner, which is clear, effective, and respectful.
- Detail oriented.
- Good organization skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to Multitask and meet deadlines with minimum disruption.
