**Overview**: As a Crew Member at BarNaan, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the smooth operations and exceptional service that define our brand. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team, ensuring that every customer's experience reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- **Food Preparation and Presentation**: Assist in preparing and presenting our diverse range of food and beverages according to Barnaan's standards.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Uphold cleanliness standards in all areas, including the kitchen, dining, and service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work cohesively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a supportive, positive work environment.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
- **Adherence to Procedures**: Follow established procedures and protocols for food handling, safety, and quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Food handler certification - an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Barnaan's standards and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
