**Duties**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders promptly.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cashiering procedures are followed.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high food handling practices.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell additional products when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Experience in cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of food service practices and food handling regulations is an asset.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist team members and contribute positively to the work atmosphere.
