What will you be doing?

As a Training Specialist your responsibilities include:
- Use L&D strategy to design, develop, review and update eLearning modules, micro-learning, videos, courses, webinars through virtual and in-person delivery- Overseeing training completion and reporting on LMS- Facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, utilizing various instructional strategies.- Facilitate weekly employee orientation- Identify and assess training needs within the organization- Assisting with the development of training programs and initiatives- Assisting new developments with onboarding- Ability to travel 25% of the time- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s degree in related field- 3+ years demonstrated experience in Training and Development, Coaching and Mentoring- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization- Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred in Adobe, Articulate, Canva- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel- Valid passport with ability to travel within Canada and USA
