**SUMMARY**

A leader in trailer rental, leasing, and maintenance solutions, Trailcon Leasing is currently hiring a **Service Billing Coordinator** at our **Brampton, ON** location to cover a maternity leave _**(12 months contract with possibility for a permanent role)**_.

The Service Billing Coordinator, under the direction of the Billing Manager, will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all billing transactions related to customer's service request are accurately administered and executed in a timely manner in coordination with the Operation and Sales team.

- **What you will do as a Service Billing Coordinator**:_
- Review repair order for invoicing purposes to ensure completeness and authorization
- Obtain and record approval confirmation and purchase orders from the customers as necessary, reconciling and following up to ensure timely invoicing
- Communicate with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Operations and Sales regarding disputed work orders
- Prepare and send supporting documentation for invoices
- Submit invoices using customer portals or purchasing systems as required.
- Coordinate and process credit/debit note requests
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolves discrepancies, and follows up for payment as necessary
- Resolve customer concerns
- Track and maintain work status
- Respond to invoice and payment inquiries
- Other duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable or related role preferred
- Knowledge of accounting systems, accounting transactions and internal controls
- Meticulous with numbers, and proficient in analyzing and presenting numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms
- Ability to read, understand, and calculate financial figures such as discounts, interest rates, proportions, percentages, and taxes
