**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage IT help-desk and provide organization with day-to-day computer support for systems and networks.
- Act as a link between end users and external IT support.
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration when possible
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
- Monitor computer system performances for potential problems.
- Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
- Provide advice on most suitable IT choices for the company
- Handle administrative tasks for computer-related orders and invoices, maintain service catalogue and license documentation and renewing upgrades.
- Work on IT projects and report to VP Operations

**Skills and requirements**:

- College Degree or equivalent in Computer or Information Science with 4-5 years’ experience in similar position
- Must be knowledgeable in software, hardware and networks.
- Must be a critical thinker and a problem-solver.
- Must have strong communication with people skills and great attention to details.
- Must have knowledge of Office 365, MS-SQL servers, Windows servers and Apple servers.
- Ability to understand end-user problems and convey them in technical language to other IT professionals.
- Must be bilingual French and English
