**Role**: C++ Support Analyst with French
**Location**: Montreal, QC

**Skills Required**:
6 to 8 years hands on Development experience in C++ \ VC++ (MFC)

Hands On experience in Oracle \ SQL Queries, Joins, SPs, Functions etc.

Hands On and good knowledge of Multithreading and synchronization concepts in C++, MFC

Experience in developing, Debugging, and utilizing DLLs and Libraries

Knowledge of MFC Doc \ View architecture

Hands on and good knowledge of C++ basic & advanced Concepts

Worked with database technology like Microsoft SQL server/Oracle

Proficient in all phases of SDLC such as Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance

Experienced in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Development Environment

Good communication skills to interact with clients and other teams to drive such Legacy code migration initiatives

Proven experience in innovativeness, ability to integrate disparate Technologies

Ability to adapt to new technologies and development environments

**Good to have skills**:
Prior experience in agile methodology

Experience in Oracle OCCI \ OCI migration projects

Experience in multi-threading and batch programming

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Understand requirement and design TDD for given requirements

Develop code, Integrate, perform Unit testing, Deployment and QA \ UAT Support

Perform Self and Peer Code reviews before deployments to meet defined standards

Complete technical documentation for deployment, Operations to QA \ UAT \ Prod environments

Produce high quality solutions that will enhance or simplify existing processes

Encourage the use of best practices and workflows throughout the organization

Contribute to team discussions and stand-ups

Mentor and lead other developers, and share knowledge with the broader team
