Job Title: Fulfillment Associate (Cowboys Music Festival)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our VIP services at the music festival. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory, pick and pack orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of products to patrons.

**Duties**:

- Manage the Cowboys Music Festival Fulfillment department
- Oversee the preparation of Corporate Group Packages and VIP Ticketing from fulfillment to distribution
- Responsible for the tracking and reconciliation of all inventory of; Chute/Festival Passes, Drink Tickets, Food Truck Tickets, Bottle Service Wristbands and Daytime General Admission tickets. Report to Finance Team for accurate reconciliation of all Inventory
- Lead liaison with Sales Team and Marketing Team to ensure Corporate Group packages are filled and distributed
- Responsible for ensuring packages are consistent with Cowboys Music Festival brand standards
- Effectively communicate with Stampede Reception on Corporate Package preparation and drop off
- Become proficient in key Fulfillment department systems including: Tixr and Wrstbnd
- Manage and distribute daily floats and inventory for Marketing, Gift Cards, Fast Pass and Bottle Service Suite teams
- Reconcile daily inventory with Finance - including cash outs for Bottle Service/Will Call/Concierge Booths
- Coordinate and communicate with Corporate clients regarding their Group Package Pick up date
- Support the Sales and Marketing team to ensure weekly operational Fulfillment goals are fully exceeded

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
