As an integral member of the eSentire Product Marketing team, this individual will be responsible for overall portfolio messaging, sales enablement, and positioning to ensure our services are understood by our eSentire sellers and the market. Working cross functionally with Product Management, the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Global Demand Generation, Sales and the Global Channel Team, this individual’s primary responsibilities are:
- Development and execution of go-to-market plans and programs
- Creation of compelling messaging/value propositions
- Creation of enablement assets and tools
- Demonstration of eSentire differentiation/unique value
You are comfortable in a fast-moving industry with the ability to pivot based on market shifts and client needs. Cross-collaboration will be critical in this role as requests and priorities can quickly shift with solutions spread across different functional groups within eSentire.

You are a knowledge seeker, continuously pursuing how best to tell the product story through an understanding of your product, buyer and target market. Most importantly, you are an outstanding communicator; a writer who enjoys developing messaging that will connect and resonate seamlessly with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Cross-collaboration will be critical in this role as requests and priorities can quickly shift with solutions spread across different functional groups within eSentire. You are hands-on with “can do” positive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills and a drive for success and results.
This position is fully remote/work from home.
**What You'll Do**:
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Office of the CTO, Sales team and other cross-functional teams to drive results
- Create Go-To-Market plans, messaging, and positioning
- Develop and execute against global service launch calendar to bring solutions and programs to market
- Represent and evangelize solutions to prospects and partners
- Produce and oversee creation of marketing materials (assets, tools, competitive, presentations, proposals, solution briefs, playbooks, etc.) that is focused on filling and strengthening gaps within personas, sales stage, sales enablement.
- Assist in developing and presenting training material
- Ensure solution-related assets and sales tools are kept up-to-date across all repositories
- Participate in conferences/tradeshows
- Measure and analyze launch and marketing programs in order to incorporate key learnings into future plans
- Monitor marketplace and competitive products from a technical and business perspective to determine competitive messaging
**Skills You'll Need To Have**:
- 3 to 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B; (experience with security services highly preferred)
- Strong writing skills with experience building impactful content
- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate value prop/messaging to different personas
- Develop understanding of unique needs/requirements across industries and verticals
- Ability to identify weakness and opportunities for content and messaging development against the sales cycle and personas
- Experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management
- Data driven marketing approach, along with the ability to grasp and translate product capabilities into business benefits
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external customers to drive results
- Proven verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent hands-on analytical capabilities
- Project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a bonus
- Position may require up to 15% travel
