Position Overview:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Spring & Fall Cleanups, Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning, Eavestrough Cleaning, Power Washing/House Washing, and Painting. You’ll work with a dynamic team, provide excellent customer service, and ensure properties are well-maintained throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spring & Fall Cleanups:
Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, lawn preparation, trimming, and garden bed cleaning to get properties ready for spring or winter.
- Window Cleaning (Interior & Exterior):
Clean both interior and exterior windows to a high standard, ensuring a streak-free, sparkling finish. Safely use ladders or equipment for high-rise window cleaning as needed.
- Eavestrough Cleaning:
Clean Eavestroughs and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage to properties. Safely use ladders and other equipment to reach high areas.
- Power Washing/House Washing:
Operate power washers to clean a variety of surfaces including driveways, decks, fences, house exteriors, and patios. Remove dirt, grime, algae, and mildew to restore the appearance of buildings and outdoor areas.
- Painting:

- Snow Removal:
Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, or plows. Ensure safe and effective snow removal, especially during winter storms.
- Salting : Assist with salting or sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces to improve traction and safety.
- General Maintenance:
Perform general maintenance and property upkeep tasks as needed, providing support for other team members and addressing client requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience:
Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required. We are happy to provide on-the-job training
- Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail:
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
- Customer Service:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Able to communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions.
- Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of and commitment to safety practices, especially when using ladders, power equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Transportation to and from our yard is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
