**Position Title**: Property Manager
**Location**: Oakville & Hamilton
**Salary Range**: TBD
ICON Property Management is a well-established property management firm serving the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking a Property Manager in Toronto to join our team. Reporting to the District Regional Director, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, day-to-day building operations, building maintenance management, administrative and financial management to a portfolio of residential condominium buildings.
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential condominium properties.
- Responding to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Implementing an emergency management plan for each condominium and respond to emergencies.
- Negotiating and managing service contracts.
- Preparing and managing an operational budget for each property.
- Preparing documents for the Corporation’s annual audit.
- Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
- Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required) and following up with accurate minutes.
- Preparing owner notices and packages for distribution.
- Preparing the condominium’s status certificate template and reviewing status certificates for release.
- Overseeing, maintaining, and inspecting all designated condominium communities.
- Coordinating ongoing maintenance and inspection to comply will all relevant laws, codes and company policies.
- **Qualifications**:
- General License under the CMRAO.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- both written and oral.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to work in team environment.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the _Condominium Act _and _Condominium Management Services Act._
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Condo Manager accounting software considered an asset.
