Responsibilities can include duties aligned with shipping and/or receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. What will your responsibility as an Automotive Returns Specialist? Check in delivery drivers returned parts for Aftermarket and Salvage, Classify all returns according to integrity and condition of parts, Ensure parts are inspected and in good sellable condition with the correct part information prior to returning to stock, Prepare necessary forms for inventory adjustments, Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas, and Assume other duties as assigned. What is the profile we are looking for? 6 months of Warehouse experience, High school diploma, or higher, Automotive Knowledge is a strong asset, Must be able to work with a team and communicate effectively (oral and written), Strong with computers and various programs, and If you’re looking to be part of a family Job Requirements **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**: Prior automotive experience is preferred. Strong customer service background. Strong people skills. The ability to upsell and get customers to try new products. Problem solving ability. **Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment**: Frequent sitting and standing. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
