NAPA in-store team members take pride in providing excellent customer service and they have strong knowledge and passion for car vehicle parts / paint industry. They offer advice, support our operations, and allow us to provide our customer with outstanding service.

Take pride in wearing our uniform as you work in a dynamic and stimulating environment This position pays between $19.70 and $22.80 per hour (depending on experience) and we offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.
In this key role, you will:
- Working in a fast paced environment advise customers in person and over the phone on various parts and accessories
- Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with part inquires while offering expertise and knowledge
- Placing orders and following up with customers as needed
- Providing product expertise and relevant part recommendations as required
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
To join our team, you need:
- Automotive vehicle parts /paint experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced detail orientated environment
- Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- High school diploma and/or training in automotive sales or vehicle parts equipment sales is considered an asset
