As an Automotive Parts / Paint Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with our customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service. You will support overall store operations in order to meet CMAX’s customer service and operational standards by preparing customer orders and processing returns.

In this key role, you will

  • Working in a fast paced environment advise customers in person and over the phone on various parts, paint and accessories
  • Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with part inquires while offering expertise and knowledge
  • Placing orders and following up with customers as needed
  • Providing product expertise and relevant part recommendations as required
  • Creating and maintaining customer relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

To join our team, you need

  • Automotive paint / vehicle parts experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced detail orientated environment
  • Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
  • Capability to manage priorities, actively listen with proven teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license; with a clean driver’s abstract
