**CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISOR - Term Certain (4 months)**

Victoria

You have a passion for conflict resolution, you excel when working under pressure, and your goal is customer satisfaction.

Working as part of a dynamic, customer-focused team, you are responsible for coordinating, developing and responding to customer feedback on behalf of the company. You also provide backfill relief and work as an integral part of the Operations Security Centre (OSC) team, responsible for managing external communications during peak travel periods, providing operational updates to the Customer Service Centre. You assist in development and dissemination of customer service messaging to relevant departments to ensure consistent communication of company initiatives.

You are responsible for the flow of incoming and outgoing customer correspondence; developing and implementing policies and guidelines; and providing analysis and reporting of customer issues and trends. You play a pivotal role in the improvement of our customer’s experience and provide management with recommendations for change.

You bring a post secondary education in conflict resolution, public relations, journalism, communications or business administration, along with 2 to 3 years experience working in a customer relations type role. You have experience preparing written and providing oral responses to external stakeholders on behalf of an organization, and demonstrate strong leadership through your reliable performance and positive interaction with others.
