What locations you would consider? Montreal and around, employee has to come to work 3 days a week into the office

Bilingual yes, interview will be in French mostly but we will also test spoken and written English

2 days a week Are there any required days in office? 3 days in the office

Provide a description of the typical day to day in this role. Answering calls and responding to various Corporate Security requests

What will the interview process look like (how many interviews, assessments, virtual or in person)? 1 Video interview, 1 in person-interview.

Description:
Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.

Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up.

Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area.

Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.

Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes.

Qualifications include:
Previous customer service experience;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner; and

Fluent in English and French.
