As we welcome our first tenants, we’re looking for a dedicated and results-driven Rental Agent to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leasing brand-new modern apartments in one of Ottawa’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective tenants
- Present features, benefits, and pricing of available units
- Coordinate lease signings and move-in logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings across marketing platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
- Support site staff with occupancy updates and daily administrative tasks
- Promote tenant satisfaction and contribute to a positive community environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, and online marketing tools
- Professional presentation and a client-focused attitude
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset
- Availability to work weekends and evenings occasionally if required during lease-up phase.

How to Apply:
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
