Property Agent

**INTRO**:
Hello and thank you for your interest in our job opportunity.

Our team is looking for a person to fill the role of a property agent with our company. This new member would participate in processing and undertaking tenant and landlord service request for our residents and owners, including inspections and administrative tasks

This person will need to be handy with tools and rental equipment, have a ownership mentality and problem solving skills, including experience in residential property maintenance and repairs (handy-person).

**GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

The **AGENT**shall be responsible for undertaking small work orders and service request such as; small outward physical repairs and property maintenance services that do not require a license.
- **More Specifically...**_

1) **Repairs, Patching and Work Orders** for outward physical conditions of items and fixtures within a home

a) Light drywall patching, light painting and light caulking

b) Replace and install items such as door knobs and locks, smoke and CO2 alarms, connecting or disconnecting house appliances, etc...

c) Help with turn-around cleaning and service, pickup and drop off items and/or purchase tasks requests

d) Support the team with various work order and tenant support on site

2) **Inspection and Property Review**

a) Agent will be asked to perform an inspection following a specific list of items to check on a residential home/property and premises

b) Assist tenant in troubleshooting over the phone for house items and apparatus following a provided checklist and or on-site review

3) **Administrative Task**

a) Process incident reviews with tenant (investigating service request for repairs and troubleshooting over the phone and live video prior to going on site for repairs)

b) Reporting on task completed, including notes, details and pictures to report before and after events and problems resolution services.

**MUST HAVE OWN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION & SOME TOOLS**

**GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Able to undertake light repairs and/or replacement of household items
- Able to properly and effectively communicate with tenants and team members (written and speech)
- Able to problem solve independently (resourcefulness and resolution mentality)
- Able to use smart devices and enter data and details efficiently (clear and precise, facts and observation base)

**SCHEDULING WORK**:

- We expect to have between 10 to 30 hours of accumulated tasks for the agent per week. You are free to fix and schedule your workload independently. We only require for the agent to be readily available during the week for up to 30 hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.

**PAY (compensation) AND BONUS STRUCTURE**:

- The base salary is fixed at 20 hours per week (guaranteed)
- Automotive Compensation: $0.45/km which includes;
b) Maintenance(oil change, tire rotation) +Wear & Tear: $0.09km (equal to $900.00 every 10,000km)
c) Gas: $0.15/km (equal to $75.00/450km)
- Bonus: To be discussed at time of hiring

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

Pay: $30.00 per hour
