**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the Micros POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality of products served.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills for cash handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage.
- Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
