Sales Department - Team Lead

CarHub Automotive is looking for a forward-thinking Automotive Sales team leader who is excited to continually learn, and take ownership of their role.

**Summary**: The primary responsibilities of the Sales Department Follow up including collaborating closely with the sales representatives to manage e-leads, handle phone inquiries, implement effective follow-up procedures, utilize CRM systems, and maximize every available opportunity to boost sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing E-leads and phone-ups with sales associates & BDC.
- Understanding reasons behind customers not purchasing from your dealership
- Supporting sales associates during customer interactions

**Sales & Process development**:

- Conduct coaching meetings, providing materials in Sales Process, product Knowledge and customer experience
- Create a customer focused environment and continuously strive to improve the customer experience.
- Establish and maintain standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
- CX training and constant monitoring to ensure performance is above zone targets.

**Sales Management**:

- Continuously review the financial programs and updates of manufacturer, banks, and leasing companies in order to structure lease and financing transactions effectively.
- Be aware of current and incoming inventory, provide suggestions to Sales reps of comparable products to offer customers.
- Evaluate results (sales leads/potential sales, follow up) and provide feedback to team members in a timely fashion.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Progressive experience in **Vehicle Automotive retail sales **(minimum of 4 years in Automotive retail Sales)
- Experience in Canadian Dealerhip Sales Supervisory role.
- Valid Ontario Drivers License and a Clean Drivers Abstract.
- OMVIC Certification.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build long-lasting and trusting teams and customer relationships.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of pertinent data.
