- You have some past Automotive Sales Experience and understand the need for great communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changes in our ever-changing world
- Perseverance is a huge asset. Some days things fall into place, some days are a struggle. You have to have the internal fortitude to shake it off when you get that one challenging customer in a hundred. To know how to deal with this, you need some retail experience, at least two years.
- You must be able to use the computer, our systems are point and click but you cannot be afraid of the computer, it really is a great tool.
- You must have some mechanical knowledge and be a good driver. We will teach you the product knowledge, but you must be able to drive a standard shift and park a car straight
- You must have empathy for the customer and be able to show them you care and put them at ease
- You must thrive in a family environment. OUR CULTURE IS DIFFERENT We work harder than most, but we have fun too
