**Reports to**: CEO

**Hours**: Mostly days, occasional evenings and weekends

**Regional Manager Purpose**

To support and train the Area Managers and lead the company to its vision.

**Regional Manager Duties**
- Be able to systemize what an ideal dental office looks like.
- Train Area Manager and certify to independently follow our vision
- Appropriately holding Area managers accountable to their position
- PR’s of AMAN’s in a systemized manner
- Ensure systems are being properly adhered to -Use the company’s best practices
- Forecasting along with P&L reviews
- Manage Dentist Retention
- Monthly Team Meetings
- Op’s Meeting
- Use situational leadership.
- Establish concepts for Team Day and Leadership Retreat that fulfil vision and painted picture
- Renovation management
- Understand and utilize the Org Chart/LOA
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually
- Thrives in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Spirited team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Naturally curious and thrives on continuous learning
- Results oriented
- Experience with managing managers
- Car and valid driver's license
