_**PRAISE ENDURANCE**_ is a Montreal based Running brand that breathes inclusivity, creativity, and passion.

We are currently looking for an organized and proactive Administrative and Account Assistant. As part of a small company, your work will be key in the ongoing development of _**PRAISE**_ mission through and through.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, maintain, and enter records using Excel.
- File paper work, answers phone calls, follow up with account needs
- Manage orders and shipment documents on excel
- Organize shipping and follow up transit status
- Assist in general office administration
- Complete customer product specification forms
- Process purchase orders (Canada, USA, International) with purchasing, logistics and design departments.
- Internal sales coordination
- Offer excellent customer and account care
- Arrange and send out customer samples, catalogs, quotes and photo images
- Create special customer sales reports

**Qualifications**:

- College Degree (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience with sales coordination, sales analysis and customer service in an importing department a plus
- Detail oriented, analytical, focused and disciplined
- Professional and motivated
- English (required). French a plus.
