Leasing & Development Coordinator

**What you’ll do**
- Coordinate the drafting and execution of all Lease Amending Agreements and ancillary documentation in conjunction with the Real Estate & Development teams, external and internal legal counsel, brokers and other resources
- Prepare and distribute documentation packages for approval and execution, track the status of the documentation throughout the approval process and register executed document in Lucernex
- Abstract and verify key lease information
- Monitor, track and communicate critical dates for existing store network i.e. expiry dates, options to renew, options to terminate, etc.
- Ensure the complete and accurate filing of all lease documents

**What you bring**
- **Perfectly bilingual **. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Minimum 5 years experience working with commercial real estate leases
- Background in legal administration is an asset and/or knowledge of lease abstracting
- Highly organized and computer savvy
