**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious **Leasing Agent** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about real estate. You’ll be responsible for representing our listings, handling client inquiries, conducting property visits, and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Communicate with landlords, building managers, and current tenants to coordinate access and visit schedules
- Promote available rental listings across various platforms
- Maintain detailed records of showings, feedback, and client follow-ups
- Represent Groupe Monticelli with professionalism and enthusiasm

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong time management abilities
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, customer service, or sales (an asset)
- Must be fluent in **English and French**:

- Familiarity with the Montreal rental market is a strong plus
- Must be comfortable working independently and on commission

Pay: $55,000.00-$99,587.22 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
