Our client, a leading provider of promotional products, is looking to add a Junior Project Manager to their team In this role you will learn our proprietary processes, develop long-term relationships with our vendors and support the Account Management team with projects. The Project Manager’s critical functions are to liaise between customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Manage production efforts from preliminary art to delivery in an organized and detailed manner to match client requirements
- Conduct competitive bidding, procurement, price negotiations and budgeting with vendors
- Find and share new ideas, vendors, products and processes to improve workflow and provide top-notch customer service and outcomes
- Manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met; drive schedule in cooperation with client, internal team and external vendors
- Perform multi-stage quality control procedures including print proofs, data processing and editing
- Liaise with management, internal departments and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative product solutions
- Lead customer communications and help grow opportunities for current and existing customers
- Manage contracts/budget proposals/delivery timelines for vendors
- Ship and receive all product as required

What We Need From You:

- Minimum 1 year proven work experience in related fields; Project Management
- Print Production, Promotional Products experience preferred, not required
- Strong excel skills.
- Ability to interpret numbers and data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Self-driven with “can do” attitude
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
