We are looking for a
**Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator for HVAC Mechanical Construction Projects** with enthusiasm and drive, who is highly organized and can ensure the achievement of the company’s quality standards, economic objectives, and timely completion of projects.

This position
**is in-person**,
**and the office is in North York**. Must already be located in the GTA.

Salary package plus benefits.
- Analyze documents, drawings, specifications, addenda, and takeoff of labour and material in preparation for pricing project change orders.
- Assist with pricing projects on which the Company is bidding.
- Develop a preliminary project construction schedule (using MS Projects or other planning Software) as a basis for the pricing of time-related activities utilizing input from subcontractors and staff.
- Prepare, monitor, and update construction budgets throughout the project.
- Assist with preparation of delay claims when necessary.
- Ability to make reasonable and clear decisions while solving issues relating to engineering, scheduling, and client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to contract specifications by policies and procedures of the company.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of close-out documents for projects as required to achieve timely substantial completion and handover.
- Engineering background or University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret and analyze contract documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer skills and working knowledge of scheduling, and various software programs are critical.
- Experience in mechanical project management in the installation and commissioning of ICI mechanical projects an asset.
- Must be able to travel to work sites.
