Iori Plaster & Drywall Contractors Ltd. has operated continuously since 1980. We are a family owned and operated firm that mainly focuses on ICI projects. We are currently seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager/ Project Coordinator to join our team.
**Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Preparing and analyzing project schedules.
- Project documentation including submittals, LEED project documents, material orders, RFI’s, etc.
- Monitoring project costs, change orders, and preparing project billing.
- Site visits for quality control/ conformance to plans & specs, and all project related meetings.
- Plan and execute the projects workload and flow.
- Liaise with general contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
**Requirements**:
- Vehicle with a valid drivers license.
- Post secondary education in construction/ engineering related disciplines.
- No prior work experience in construction required, however 1 - 2 years of project management/ coordination and/ or estimating experience is preferred.
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and Planswift.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Site level experience preferred.
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
