Junior Project Specialist

**About the Role**:
The Junior Project Specialist (Sales) is a highly organized and proactive team member responsible for supporting the team in managing client projects, driving sales initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional coordination. This role will ensure successful project delivery for Spanish-speaking clients and markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating and providing support directly to customers
- Tracking and documenting communication with all project order stakeholders
- Managing and monitoring communications regarding revisions
- Providing complete spec information to project coordinators
- Art and Quote Presentation
- Monitoring orders through key processes to ensure that relevant timelines are maintained
- Forward product samples, sales documents, and marketing materials to reps and customers.
- Execution of marketing initiatives
- Work in conjunction with other team members to execute on the company’s key objectives and vision
- Responsible for using company reporting tools daily
- Communicate information and recommendations to management on state of the business from the perspective of your role
- Maintains the flow of communication between sales reps, clients, and internal departments
- Communicates and reports on the status of projects and points out areas for required escalation
- Resolves order and inventory issues by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying relevant sales team members, managers, and customers.
- Follows up on quotes and sales opportunities with the Sales Rep and clients
- Other duties assigned by management

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree desirable; but equivalent work experience may be considered

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a sales support or project coordination role.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is an asset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, reasoning and numeracy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, strong ability to understand customer needs
- Professional phone manner and appearance
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Committed to ongoing skills development
- Personable and proactive in communication, able to build relationships
- Must be well organized, have exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Must have exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills

**Software Application and Technical Knowledge**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - Office Professional, Sharepoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.
