**Summary**

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at BodyDevotion Inc. Acupuncture, Massage and Chiropractic Clinic in Downtown Edmonton. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations at our front desk, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering excellent care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage appointment bookings and Practitioner schedules. Experience with Jane as a clinic software is an asset.
- Handle phone inquiries to provide information and schedule services.
- Client Care management, rebooking them, reaching out to them to provide them with information about their appointment, or billing or helping new clients find us.
- Process client payments and maintain billing support for Practitioners.
- Assist with Patient intake forms and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Perform other administrative tasks which may including data entry, and maintaining office/ clinic supplies and retail.
- When in the clinic greet and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- When the job is remote you will be expected to manage the same tasks as well as maintain the same professional client care over the phone as you would in person.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a medical office, wellness clinic or spa setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills with both Patients and Practitioners.
- Familiarity with Jane online scheduling and/ or QuickBooks or similar online booking and/ or accounting software is an asset as is any experience billing insurers.
- Any extra experience in sales, marketing and/ or social media would be good too.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
