- the Vice President is responsible for achieving the prescribed company objectives and maximize the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance of the business. Provide overall leadership in the areas of customer relations, new business development, operational performance, continuous improvement, and Employee development.**Responsibilities**
- Instrumental in strategic business planning, working as a member of the ELT (Executive Leadership Team) to achieve business goals, including new clients, additional operational services, competitive acquisitions, or mergers.
- Develop sales and marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Develop and maintain the overall revenue growth plan and model ensuring scalability.
- Strengthen the sales team by recruiting and retaining top-tier sales talent.
- Delivering on full P&L and Balance Sheet performance
- Identify new client marketplaces, existing client growth opportunities to deliver double digit growth.
- Understand and convert all corporate strategic directives into departmental processes and objectives.
- Ensures processes and procedures are in place to support the overall business strategy, meeting all cost, quality, and service targets.
- Works in close contact with and develops relationships with all internal/external customers.
- Drive change and results to improve processes and procedures and the bottom line.
- Lead and mentor team, providing direction and development of both corporate and personal career goals.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities**

- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Sales Management within the Commercial Logistics field
- Transportation experience is a must
- Proximity to the GTA required
