We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing billing and invoicing transactions for services rendered to our clients. If you have a strong background in billing procedures, exceptional numerical skills, and a commitment to accuracy, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate invoices and billing statements for completed repair services
- Review work orders and service reports to ensure accurate billing
- Verify pricing and billing information for accuracy and completeness
- Process payments received from clients and reconcile accounts
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to address billing-related inquiries and issues
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role preferred
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in accounting or related field preferred

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
