**Job Overview**

JTA Development Consultants is a land development and project management company. We pride ourselves on delivering services that transform concepts into sustainable buildings. Our projects have a primary focus on new mixed-use housing in Metro Vancouver.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives, ensuring all stakeholder needs are met.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage documentation, and communicate updates effectively.
- Implement quality management practices throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Employ Kanban methodologies to optimize workflow and enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in building, development and management to drive project success.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues, providing solutions as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to showcase project progress and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Diploma or relevant University Degree or work experience and familiarity with zoning, design, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in project management, project delivery, design or construction.
- Proficiency in using software for resource planning and tracking.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, quality management, and program management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
