Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

**Salary**: $46,469.46-$79,068.37 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- VANCOUVER, BC: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
