**Reporting Relationship**: This position reports directly to the Financial Service Manager.

Three Amigos, a division of Birchwood is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is best suited for an individual with excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. The Customer Service Representative will be reaching out to customers to assist them through the remote buying process, support with referrals and deliveries and performing data entry for the team.

**Shift details**: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

**Qualifications**:

- Dynamic, energetic individual with strong organization skills
- Relationship expert, who takes initiative to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inbound, outbound call experience preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive industry would be an asset
- Valid driver's license, clean drivers abstract and own transportation to work are required as the location is not on a bus route
