We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Manager **that will support Alimentiv’s marketing strategies. As part of the global Marketing team, you will report to the Director, Marketing & Communications, and participate in the implementation and management of our digital ecosystem, develop, and optimize all campaigns to elevate the customer experience, increase brand visibility and maximize the impact of our commercial goals.
**Digital Strategy, Website & Analytics**:
- Oversee and execute comprehensive digital strategies ensuring exceptional experiences across all channels aligned with our brand direction and commercial goals.
- Lead the development & management of our websites and all other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience (CX) and improve overall performance.
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted audiences to our website.
- Support and facilitate the launch of new websites initiatives and all campaigns.
- Implement dashboards and other analytical tools to track ROI and establish regular reporting to track effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize performance.
**Marketing Automation / Operations**:
- Lead the marketing automation efforts to drive targeted campaigns and improve conversion rate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (formerly PARDOT).
- Maintain clean & efficient database segmentation for all stages of the funnel.
- Ensure conversion tracking is installed accurately on all digital assets on an ongoing basis.
- Lead management processes, including sales funnel, lead scoring, lead grading, sales and marketing handoff, and related topics.
- Campaign management processes, including campaign hierarchy, campaign influence, marketing attribution, and related topics.
- Understand current Marketing Cloud implementation and assist with configuring features (like approvals) then provide training.
**Campaigns Management & Social Medias**:
- Participate in the development and execute company's social media strategy and relevant campaigns to support Alimentiv’s brand visibility and lead generation across relevant platforms.
- Oversee, create, and curate content for social media platforms in collaboration with the scientific marketing content writer.
- Create and manage a comprehensive social media plan and calendar for the year.
- Establish new business profiles on all relevant social media platforms and ensure consistency of branding across all channels.
- Analyze social media performance data and use it to inform future campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices and implement new ideas as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute cross-functional paid campaigns.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing and 5-10+ years of experience executing and demonstrating digital marketing value/
- 5+ years of experience working with a CRM platform, ideally Salesforce (but others could include HubSpot, Microsoft dynamics, SugarCRM).
- 5+ years of experience managing websites with a CMS solution (WordPress, Joomla or Drupal).
- Experienced in a CRO or life sciences environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research and/or imaging services in CROs.
- Expert in management of websites, optimization, landing pages, CX touchpoints/journey, UTMs.
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns, website content, and digital integrations.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM principles.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking, ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Ability to develop comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
