**Job Title: Team Lead - Paxiom**
**Location**: Milton, ON
**Reports To**: Production Supervisor
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Shift Hours**:Monday to Friday, from 2pm-10:30pm

**Job Summary**:
The Team Lead - Paxiom oversees daily operations of the PAXIOM production line, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced fresh produce environment. This role serves as the primary operator, troubleshoots equipment issues, coaches team members, and maintains clear communication with maintenance and supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Act as the primary PAXIOM operator and provide oversight for assigned production workers.
- **Backup Support**: Serve as backup GIRO Lead/Operator when required.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve PAXIOM errors/malfunctions; escalate findings to the Maintenance Department as needed.
- **Production Coordination**: Instruct BT Operators on proper handling of produce/non-produce materials for each production run.
- **Performance Coaching**: Train and motivate the team to meet/exceed productivity metrics and quality targets.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Schedule and oversee machine cleaning and routine maintenance tasks.
- **Documentation & Accuracy**: Complete Repack/Regrade Sheets with precision and ensure accountability for data integrity.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and report material inventory levels (machine/task-specific) to the Supervisor.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years’ experience in fresh produce production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to operate/troubleshoot automated machinery (PAXIOM/GIRO experience a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching teams to improve performance.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation (e.g., inventory, production sheets).
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs if required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory reporting.

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
