We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, results oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team.

**Position Overview**

The Inventory Control Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for managing and ensuring appropriate inventory levels and controls are in place to meet company guidelines and policies.

**This incumbent will need to possess the following competencies**:

- A post-secondary degree.
- Three to four years previous work experience preferably in an Inventory Supervisory role.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and decision making abilities.
- Able to multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
- Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, focusing on Excel, Access Data Base and WMS inventory systems.
- Outstanding communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.
- Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for managing 4 direct reports.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and data.
- Identify, implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly inventory reports and KPI’s to Sr. Managers.
- Responsible for managing Audit Program, Cycle Count Process, Replenishment Process, Expired items tracking & reporting.
- Analyze inventory trends and manage the inventory transfer process from 3PL’s back to main ACI Brands Warehouse.
- Regular correspondence with the Sr. Management Team.
- Managing and maintaining search paths for the Planning Team in WMS as well as support all Planning Teams functions.
- Support Access Data Base functions for the Returns process.
- Provide training presentations for all area’s within warehouse, Receiving, Returns, Picking, Put-away, Inventory, RF Gun functions.
- Manage creation process for FIFO and Forward pick locations, removing and adding new locations for new and old items.
- Maintain a positive work environment for direct and indirect reports.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
