**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly gross profit reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly freight/customs reporting
- Prepare reporting and drive program/departmental financial reviews
- Prepare monthly scrap/rework reporting
- Prepare monthly commodity reporting
- Prepare monthly SG&A reporting - budget vs actual
- Prepare month end management reporting package
- Prepare weekly KPI Scorecards
- Develop cycle count policies & procedures
- Assist in the development of cycle count schedule and ensure plants adherence to set schedule
- Analyze cycle count results
- Inventory analysis for slow moving inventory, obsolete material, inventory imbalances, inventory reduction opportunities and drive for resolution
- Research root causes of inventory variances
- Run and analyze material usage control reports
- Follow up on open inter-company material receipt transactions
- Analyze DOH inventory and provide recommendation on DOH targets
- Participate and support plant level physical inventories
- Develop policies, procedures, controls, & reporting in relation to third party logistic held inventories
- Maintain monthly subcontractor reconciliations
- Perform monthly inventory analysis as assigned and generate various reports
- Identify keys inventory risks, follow up and review, creating action plans to address
- Maintain provision for slow moving inventory
- Consolidate and analyze physical inventory results for audit and management use.
- Maintain the balance sheet inventory reconciliations monthly
- Assistance in month end close and reporting
- Partner with Program Managers to establish inventory requirements of new programs
- Review inventory levels and cutovers for engineering changes
- Prepare month end journal entries as required
- Assist in annual budget preparation
- Support process improvements and simplification initiatives
- Assistance in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Support the accounting department in audits
- Assistance in year-end audit
- Participate and support various ad hoc business analysis per management’s direction

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, network operation systems, database, network browsers and others as appropriate

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, (or equivalent years of experience)
- CPA Designation or enrollment
- 2-5 Years experience
- Knowledgeable in MRP, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPivot, PowerBI
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience in manufacturing
