**Warehouse Supervisor**

Impact XM develops solutions for virtual and live events. We are looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team. Reporting to the Production Manager, Manager, or Director, Operations, the Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate the operations of the warehouse at their assigned fulfillment center. Operations include:

- Asset Management;
- Express Orders;
- Warehouse Labor;
- Inventory Management Reporting; and
- Supervision of Contract Labor.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure that all work is completed according to stated process, On Time, On Solution and On Budget.
- Responsible to oversee all pulls, return inspection and restock of client and rental assets.
- Responsible to oversee warehouse assets and inventories.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise in the Warehouse
- Knowledge of different types of assets, what they are made of the manufacturer & where or how they are stored.
- Read CAD drawings to determine what assets are needed for jobs.
- Ensure client and rental assets are restocked in the correct locations after the RI has been completed.
- Ensure the organized movement of all client and rental assets internally.
- Keep track and manage proper inventory of all on/off site storage trailers.
- Ensure contract technicians adhere to the documented company policies and procedures.
- Ensure assigned storage areas are kept in clean “tour condition”.
- Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to update information on Online asset management system regarding client and rental inventory.
- Record information of assets accurately and provide monthly updates to Manager, Operations
- Ensure maintenance and easy access of Health and Safety equipment.
- Clearly identify and locate all inventory including new assets.
- Fill out work tickets as work is completed on or under time indicated on work ticket and submit to planning coordinator.
- Support other aspects of assigned fulfillment center Operations as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); and 5+ years’ experience as an Inventory Technician in the Exhibit Industry an asset or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be passionate about working with people and be customer-centric.
- Proven success in inventory control.
- Familiarity with online inventory management software preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and clients.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial and independent environment.
- Embodies flexibility, open-mindedness and receptivity.
- Actively works out solutions.
- Identifies something valuable in being part of a team and ability to effectively collaborate.
- Effective communication skills are required: including the ability to make effective presentations; prepare written documentation including proposals, quotations and letters; maintain accurate and complete client and project files.
- Must be able to develop excellent rapport with existing and prospective clients.
- Must have a good “business sense”.
- Exhibit the ability to multi-task, sell, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines. Good organization, detail and follow-up skills are required.
- Proficient using Microsoft office programs.
