Under the supervision of the Vice President, Legal Affairs, we are looking for a Director, Corporate Affairs to contribute to the success of ongoing projects. This position requires a presence at the Quebec City office three days a week.
As Director, Corporate Affairs, your responsibilities will include:

- Actively contributing to acquisition, financing, and strategic partnership projects by aligning the group’s legal and business objectives.
- Overseeing corporate secretarial activities for the parent company and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best governance practices.
- Developing, updating, and overseeing the implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of export control policies across the group.
- Managing the commercial insurance portfolio to protect the group’s assets and operations.
- Administering and supervising stock option and share purchase plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with external counsel to effectively manage strategic legal files.
- Supporting the implementation of various operational projects in collaboration with internal and external teams.
