Director, Corporate Brand and Communications Job Description NDT Global is the leading provider of ultra-high-tech diagnostic inspection solutions, advanced data analysis and integrity assessment services for ensuring the safety and longevity of energy-sector infrastructure assets. Recognized as the forerunner in ultrasonic inspection technologies comprising Pulse Echo, Pitch-and-Catch and Phased Array, as well as Acoustic Resonance (ART Scan) methodologies, the company also deploys a range of non-ultrasonic technologies, such as Inertial Measurement Units, with more under development. NDT Global strategically applies its inspection technologies to detect, diagnose and model various types of threat—circumferential or axial cracks, metal loss, geometry, mapping, and more—across diverse classes of assets. By providing predictive, decision-ready insights driven by the world’s most accurate data, NDT Global enables the conditions for asset owners to optimize infrastructure health and drive operational efficiencies while reducing risk and minimizing their carbon footprint. The goal of the Director of Corporate Branding and Communication is to strategically shape and protect the global corporate brand. This individual contributor role leads high-level communications including executive messaging, investor relations, crisis communications, ESG initiatives, and corporate thought leadership. It ensures consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all internal and external stakeholders. While the role does not directly manage product-level marketing execution, it provides strategic influence to ensure alignment between corporate and product branding. Job Overview: Defines and evolves a high-level brand strategy as a premium NDT solutions provider within NDT Global Group and Product Lines (Entegra, NDT, DR, TSC). Manages visual identity, tone, and brand standards globally. Analyzes and understands key competitive corporate marketing positioning. Leads internal/external communications for executive messaging including corporate changes (M&A, partnerships, charity, sustainability) and corporate events. Creates trust-building messaging for investors. Develops materials highlighting corporate market positioning and strategy. Coordinates presence at investor-focused events. Builds media and association relationships. Develops and coordinates executive participation in industry events. Develops, implements, and owns monthly business briefs, ESG, investor overviews, investor relations updated, and communication channels. Leads customer executive testimonials from the corporate brand level. Monitors brand perception of Corporate NDT Global Group. Builds strategy around corporate-level market events (IPO, M&A, market expansion, sell-off, partnership). Develops, manages, and optimizes corporate brand budget and forecasts. Influences via messaging consistency. Aligns corporate brand with product brand. Understands new product initiatives to build up the corporate brand, positioning industry and investor communication at the corporate level. Monitors corporate brand perception. Cultivates relationships with trade associations and publications. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or related education is required. A Master's degree in MBA, Strategic Communications, Brand Management or related discipline is preferred. Fully bilingual in English and French, exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required for executive, investor, and public-facing communications. Experience: Fifteen to twenty years of progressive experience in corporate marketing, brand strategy, and high-level communications is required, ideally in a global B2B or industrial technology environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a director-level or senior corporate communications/branding leadership role is required. Demonstrated success developing and executing global brand strategies for premium positioning during periods of corporate transformation (IPO, M&A, market expansion). Proven track record in crafting executive and investor communications, including ESG reports, annual reports, and investor presentations. Experience building and managing relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and investor communities across multiple regions. Strong background in crisis and reputation management at the corporate brand level. Experience leading global communication campaigns, ensuring message consistency across diverse geographies and product lines. Budget management and strategic planning expertise, including ROI measurement for branding initiatives. Software/Technology/Equipment: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Intermediate knowledge of content management and collaboration tools (e.g: SharePoint, Teams, Monday.com) #J-18808-Ljbffr
