**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and providing support as needed.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy in communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance billing is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records.
