**Introduction**: As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for growing our internal brands by managing sales and community engagement activities within your assigned territory. **_Target territories include: Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Toronto), Burlington, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Sudbury._** This is an exciting fast paced Sales opportunity for the right self-starter who can build customer relationships, sell in a fact-based manor, is data and category driven, and can engage and influence the community. This role will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will be integral in the growth of our internal brands. **Company**: Motif Labs is a licensed cannabis extraction facility located in SW Ontario and currently the 9th largest LP in Canada. We are the creator of internal brands such as **BOXHOT, DEBUNK, Boondocks, and Floresense t**hat are deeply connected to the diverse and evolving needs of today's consumer market. We also operate as a business-to-business enterprise, offering toll processing and contract manufacturing services to Licensed Producers (LP’s) and 3rd party brands. As Motif continues to grow, we are seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team. Our company culture is centered around integrity, collaboration, and quality and these core values are at the heart of everything we do. **Position Overview**: - Manage all accounts within the assigned territory and establish Motif (Specifically Floresense) as a first-choice partner with retail customers - Create strategic territory coverage plans utilizing distribution reports and effectively plan on a daily, weekly, and monthly/quarterly basis to achieve quota and distribution objectives - Accountable for establishing and delivering against set KPI’s for distribution, marketing initiatives, call cadence, and budgets - Create brand awareness and drive community engagement within the assigned territory, through “pop-up’s”, attending cannabis events, store grand openings, etc. - Seek opportunities to increase brand exposure and new distribution opportunities - Execute marketing initiatives in field, and ensure trade assets are being leveraged by retail partners - Complete education sessions/seminars to ensure retailers are aware of all key product features, upcoming SKU launches, and our brands are being properly communicated to consumers - Manage and maintain all internal tracking documentation within the assigned territory, including management of CRM software - Service and improve the marketability of our products through display positioning, concept selling and price point management - Act as the in field “eyes and ears” completing competitive analysis, and ensuring product feedback is communicated internally **Qualifications**: - Post-Secondary required/Bachelor’s degree preferred - Qualified Cannabis Worker Certified (QCW) & SellSafe Certification are mandatory - 3 or more years’ selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment - Extraordinary customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment in negotiating with and influencing others - Proven track record of working remotely and independently. - Knowledge of Cannabis Industry Regulations, market trends and competition is an asset **Physical Demands of Job**: - Carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds - Standing and walking for periods of time to perform various duties - Minimal squatting or bending to perform various duties as assigned - Travel by vehicle through various major cities **HOW TO APPLY**: **Don’t meet every single requirement?
