Blickle Wheels & Casters, a family-owned business in their third generation, was founded back in 1953 and is now the leading manufacturer of wheels and casters worldwide with more than 1,300 employees and 20 sales subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia. Blickle products “Made in Germany” are reputed for their high technical standard and excellent quality and are exported to more than 120 countries around the world. Our Canadian subsidiary, Blickle Canada Inc., has an office and distribution centre (25,000 sq. feet total) located in Candiac, Quebec just outside of Montreal. This assembly and distribution facility supports all of Canada with “next day” shipping capabilities and a staff with over 100 years of combined caster knowledge.
The salary listed is only a starting point and is to be discussed in more detail in a 1st interview. Furthermore, a 3 week training within the 1st year is required at our head office in Rosenfeld, Germany.
**Position Summary**
Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience. This position is responsible for meeting sales goals and objectives and helping with customer training and accounts receivable management
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Responsible for sales within the assigned territory.
- Works with customers within the assigned territory to convert inquiries into Blickle sales.
- Maintains accurate files of all assigned accounts and customer database information on assigned accounts.
- Required to conduct campaign strategies in order to acquire new business and revive business from inactive accounts.
- Ability to utilise various sales methods (cold calling, presentations, lead follow-up, etc.).
- Complete required reports after each customer visit and weekly as defined by the Director of Sales.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management regarding the assigned territory markets and competitor information.
- Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements and custom products.
- Report on expenses in a timely and responsible manner for reimbursement.

**Experience **:Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial sales, caster/wheel industry experience is a bonus.
**Other Requirements**
Understandings of sales margins and goals is required. Ability to work in a changing team environment, with efficiency, accuracy and as a professional. Must be flexible and willing to work in areas and on problems that may not normally be part of the position but required for the efficient operation of the business. Must be professional in working with different personalities and under occasional stressful situations.
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
