**Job Profile**
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for growing Vision Greens sales revenue, establishing key relationships and increasing customer satisfaction across retail and foodservice customers in the GTA region. This role will be responsible for executing the go to market strategy for the territory including driving sell through via education, merchandising, promotions and marketing campaigns.
**Responsibilities**
- Achieve revenue targets for territory, consistent with the annual business plan by leveraging data and consumer insights
- Identify and develop new customers
- Strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
- Lead from the field and consistently engage with key stakeholders including store managers, produce managers and executives to grow the brand and build the business
- Build and execute territory business plan to grow revenue, market share and brand loyalty
- Develop sales and marketing plans for all key accounts to drive sell through including promotions campaigns and consumer trial programs
- Partner with retailers to execute on merchandising, purchasing and replenishment planning
- Analyze customer and market data and extrapolate insights that translate into results
- Budget, plan and track marketing campaigns with accounts to meet company’s volume goals
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- 5+ years of sales experience in consumer-packaged goods industry
- University or college degree with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to build and nurture authentic relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Located in the Greater Toronto Area
- Valid driver’s license and must be able to travel at least 50% of the time
**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
