**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Word and Excel for financial reporting and data management.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
