**Role Details**
As the Admin & Finance Coordinator, you'll work closely with our management team to maintain and enhance our administrative and financial processes. Your role will be crucial in managing bookkeeping activities, handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and ensuring our office runs smoothly. Please note this is a temporary, part-time position covering maternity leave.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate bookkeeping with our third-party bookkeeper.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
- Manage payroll processing, expense verifications, and employee expense reports.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to support our creative team.
- Set up and maintain client projects in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking of project details.
- Take meeting notes, create action items, and ensure follow-through on tasks.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements for film projects.
- Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Required:_
- Proven experience in administrative roles with finance and operations responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and organizational and financial software to effectively manage office processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks Online.
- Preferred:_
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Highly capable with a wide range of digital tools and platforms, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Background in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Experience in a creative or media production environment.
