We are a well known Renovation Contractor in Vancouver. 22 yrs in Business and still growing. We are seeking a skilled Finish /Deficiency Carpenter to join our team. As a Finish/Deficiency Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing various carpentry projects, including many facets of Renovations and Construction. Your attention to detail and ability to work with power tools will be essential in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install cabinets, shelves, and other built-in furniture
- Repair and replace damaged roof components
- Use power tools to cut, shape, and smooth wood
- Assemble and install concrete forms for construction projects
- Install various types of flooring materials
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and specifications
- Restore and repair existing wooden structures

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in cabinet installation techniques
- Experience with roof repair and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation
- Skill in caulking joints for a seamless finish
- Experience in assembling concrete forms for construction projects
- Knowledge of various flooring installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Capability to restore and repair existing wooden structures

Drivers License required. Vehicle Supplied. Tools Supplied other then your own Hand Tools. Proficient in the English language a must.

**Salary**: $31.00-$33.00 per hour
